Collar is measured from top of ear under chin to top of ear.

In length you have the choice of - 3' or 4' - this is measured from the end of the handle to the bottom of the loop the collar hangs from.

the length is measured from the end of the handle to the end of the neck loop. Depending on how large your dogs neck is that amount will be minused from the total length.

Head sizes to 16", the neck loop is that standard size... if you want it larger or smaller, just email me.
