The single lanyards are one strand of leather, using a blood knot made pretty. You can have 1 hook or two, same price. length from neck to hook 17-18" will stretch some.
2nd hook can have a second color. Second hook is really a loop as shown in pic for duck calls.
The snaps are small spring hooks, many times found with zipper pulls.
Also there is a spinner so that whatever is on the end of the lanyard will twist.
