Buffalo tanned Bullhide leather is soft and strong. Clean with saddle soap. Once gotten wet it will dry slightly stiff, ball it up in your hands and it becomes soft. Clear saddle oil keeps it from cracking.
The colors are true and most will not bleed. We've had some trouble with red, so don't let it get soaked except by itself.
The stainless Steel is the strongest snap.

Don't let the dogs chew on these, they will not hold up. We do fix chewed leads, you pay shipping back and forth and we will do our best to repair it.
